Michelle Miller is a healthcare leader specializing in mental health service delivery and systems integration. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and
community-based planning, she brings expertise in system coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed decision making. As Regional Clinical Manager for Provincial Coordinated Access (AccessMHA), Michelle leads strategic initiatives to improve access, efficiency, and quality of care. She collaborates with service providers and provincial leaders to align resources, develop innovative care models, and support system-wide improvements. With a background in Behavioural Therapy, Michelle is known for her ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex systems, and champion collaboration, co-design, and person-centered care.

Gord Unsworth (Occupational Therapy): Unsworth became an Occupational Therapist after receiving his MSc from Queen’s University in 2007. Unsworth has worked as an Occupational Therapist, Professional Practice Leader and Manager in the field of mental health since 2007 and is currently a Regional Director with Providence Care. Unsworth has also been an adjunct lecturer and clinical supervisor with SRT since 2008 and continues to enjoy contributing to the greater community through his work at Queen’s and Providence Care.

Terry Landry is an Occupational Therapist and the Vice President, Community Programs & Long Term Care, and is currently completing the Doctor of Science –Rehabilitation & Health Leadership at Queen’s University.
