Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) – Mental Health WRAP is a plan to help you get well and stay well for long periods of time. In a WRAP group, you will identify things that help you stay well, things that may trigger a negative reaction for you, signs that indicate you may not be well and develop a plan to deal with difficult times. You will also be able to develop a plan to use if and when you are in crisis. A crisis is different for everyone, just as everyone’s WRAP is different. A WRAP can be applied to any part of your life such as dealing with addictions, mental health issues, weight loss, gaining employment, dealing with family issues or anything else you may want to improve in your life.
