If you would like to be informed in advance of a closure of a Peer Support Centre or Outreach program, please indicate the Centre or area you wish to be informed about. Enter, Bancroft, Belleville, Kingston, Madoc, Napanee, Picton, Trenton or Prescott in the field below. You are able to add multiple locations if you separate them with a comma. You will need to input a cell phone number or home phone number and you will receive an alert message in the event there is a closure.

In addition, we will provide vital health related information from time to time, for example where a Flu Shot Clinic may be available or other special statements.

There is no cost associated with this service and you are not required to provide your identity. Peer Support South East Ontario will not use provided phone numbers for anything other than this service.
